Data deletion instructions

If you are a business using Waptrix

1. Log in and open Channels. Click Disconnect on each WhatsApp number, Instagram account or Facebook Page. This deletes its stored access token, chats and templates.
2. In Leads, delete any contacts you want removed.
3. To close your account and delete everything, email jainsachin2620@gmail.com from your account email. We delete all data within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also remove Waptrix's access from Facebook: Settings › Business integrations (or Apps and websites) › Waptrix › Remove.

If you messaged a business that uses Waptrix

Ask that business to delete your data, or email us with the phone number, Instagram username or Facebook name you used. We will delete your messages and contact details within 30 days and confirm.
