Terms of service

These terms apply to businesses using Waptrix. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Waptrix connects to the official WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram and Messenger APIs provided by Meta. Meta's own terms, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, also apply to your use.

Your responsibilities

• Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour opt-out requests (for example "STOP").
• No spam, misleading content, or goods and services that Meta's policies prohibit.
• Keep your login secure and make sure your team follows these terms.
• You are responsible for the content you send and for the data you upload or import.

Fees

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, plus GST. Meta's conversation or message charges are billed separately, either by Meta directly or through Waptrix as shown in your plan. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where required by law.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Meta's policies, harm the quality rating of shared infrastructure, or don't pay. Where possible we warn you first.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Meta may change or restrict its APIs, which can affect features. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction.
